Hi. I'm somewhere in my early twenties (sometimes I lose track) I'm exstatically married (happily just isn't a strong enough word)  It's very cold where i live.  I'm trying to learn Spanish and my husband speaks Chinese for the government. We have one baby boy born in May 2007 who is basically the cutest baby in the world and we love him. We're members of the Church of Jesus Chist of Latter Day saints (Mormons).

Sometimes I think I'm an artist. On those days I draw. That's why I have so few pictures I think. Most of my time I spend doing housewifey things, cleaning, gardening, cooking, taking care of my husband, spending his money, taking care of my son... like I said, when I think I remember that I'm an artist, I draw stuff. I have a little bit of training, like, two classes in high school, one in college, and I've read (skimmed) a few books. But most of my ability I can attribute to three things: 1. Heredity (my mom and grandmother are excellent artists, and from both parents I get an analytical brain and a general leaning towards the artistic hemisphere) 2. observation (one of the reasons I like elfwood- I can always look around and see hundreds of different examples of how to deal with a particular problem- for example how to re-create curly hair or horses hooves. I don't even think it would take me one hand to count the things I've figured out all on my own, but It would take a busload of hands (yuck) to count the stuff I've learned from other people) 3. Practice! (for every decent picture I draw there's a pile of crappy ones, and layers of erased trials underneith it)

some of this stuff is available for sale at my cafepress store

Just found you via "Lemur tour". I'm a bit hurt none of my lemurs made their way into it, but hey, maybe it's an old tour, right? Anyhow, verra nice art - the lemur hybrids are nifty.

since you are mormons, does your husband have another wife? Just asking, if he does ever heard of monogamy!

:-) Andrea Thomas replies: "funny you should ask... sometimes I wish our church did allow that, I could use some extra help around the house. But it's just me 2"

John 3:16-18 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
